大陸境內(nèi)公司：應(yīng)按《工程分包管理規(guī)定》要求提交相關(guān)證照原件掃描件或復(fù)印件加蓋投標人單位公章并掃描上報，擬中標單位須提供原件核驗，證件包含營業(yè)執(zhí)照、開戶許可證、質(zhì)量證書（如有）、資質(zhì)證書、安全生 產(chǎn)許可證、銀行資信證明、企業(yè)誠信手冊（如有）。                       

Domestic companies shall submit the copy of certificates with the official seal of the bidder according to the requirements of “The Regulations on The Management of  Engineering Subcontracting”. The proposed winning bidder shall submit the original certificate for verification. The certificates include Business License, Account Opening License, Quality Certificate (if any), Qualification Certificate, Production Safety License, Bank Credit Certificate, and Corporate Integrity Handbook (if any).              

境外公司（僅限柬埔寨區(qū)域）：柬埔寨當?shù)亟ㄖ袠I(yè)公司需提供柬埔寨營業(yè)執(zhí)照、柬埔寨施工資質(zhì)證書（如有）、柬埔寨公司本年的稅務(wù)執(zhí)照、柬埔寨繳稅通知函、公司章程、柬埔寨稅務(wù)登記證原件掃描件或復(fù)印件加蓋投標人單位公章并掃描上報，財務(wù)報表上報不做強制性要求。其他行業(yè)公司按實際情況提  供。                                                               

Overseas companies (Cambodia area only): The requirements of documents of construction industry companies are as follows: Cambodian local companies need to submit Cambodian business license, Cambodian construction qualification certificate (if any), Cambodian company's tax license for current year, Cambodian tax payment notice letter, company charter, copy of Cambodian tax registration certificate with official seal. There is no mandatory requirement for reporting financial statements. And other industry companies shall provide the relevant document according to the actual situation.        

柬埔寨區(qū)域自然人：僅提供投標人即合同簽約人身份證明即可。               

Cambodian Regional Natural Person: Only submit the identity certification of the tenderer (Contract Signatory).

How to obtain the prequalification documents:

1、中國五礦集團有限公司采購電子商務(wù)平臺已注冊的單位：登陸網(wǎng)址（http：//ec.mcc.com.cn/，以下簡稱采購平臺），獲取資格預(yù)審文件報名。

The registered companies on China Minmetals Corporation Purchasing e-commerce platform: login website (http://ec.mcc.com.cn/） to obtain pre-qualification documents registration.

2、中國五礦集團有限公司采購電子商務(wù)平臺未注冊的單位（或已注冊但與寶冶無服務(wù)關(guān)系的單位）：擬報名參加本項目的投標申請人須在“中國五礦集團有限公司采購電子商務(wù)平臺（http：//ec.mcc.com.cn/，以下簡稱采購平臺）”系統(tǒng)上注冊成為正式會員，并與上海寶冶集團有限公司存在服務(wù)關(guān)系，登陸中國五礦集團有限公司采購電子商務(wù)平臺系統(tǒng)自行下載資格預(yù)審文件。

The unregistered units on China Minmetals Corporation Purchasing e-commerce platform (or registered units without service relationship with Baoye): Tender applicants who intend to participate in this project must register as full members on the " China Minmetals Corporation Purchasing e-commerce platform (http://ec.mcc.com.cn/, hereinafter referred to as the purchasing platform)" system, and with Shanghai Baoye Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd. has a service relationship, landing in China Minmetals Corporation Purchasing e-commerce platform system to download pre-qualification documents.

3、境外企業(yè)暫無法使用中國五礦集團有限公司采購電子商務(wù)平臺的，請參照預(yù)審公告郵件附件要求，提交相關(guān)資格預(yù)審文件，并通過郵件的方式，予以提交。郵件回復(fù)地址：*** sbccfbzb@sbcc-mcc.com

八、資格預(yù)審文件的遞交

Submission of pre-qualification documents：

遞交資格預(yù)審申請文件截止時間為  2020年1月9日17:00 時（北京時間），逾期將不能提交資格預(yù)審申請文件，投標人可登陸中國五礦集團有限公司采購電子商務(wù)平臺查詢資格預(yù)審結(jié)果，預(yù)審合格后方可參與投標，或等待招標人統(tǒng)一郵件回復(fù)。

The deadline for submitting the application documents for pre-qualification is: 3rd/January/2020 17:00 (PM) (Beijing time), it will not be able to submit the application documents for pre-qualification after the deadline. Bidders can log on China Minmetals Corporation Purchasing e-commerce platform to inquire about the results of pre-qualification. After the pre-qualification is qualified, they can participate in bidding or wait for the unified e-mail reply of bidders.
