1. 深圳市國際招標有限公司（以下簡稱“招標機構”）受招標人委托，邀請合格投標人就深圳大學高分辨率小動物超聲影像儀升級包采購的下列貨物和有關服務提交密封投標：

2. 有意向的合格投標人可在深圳市國際招標有限公司得到進一步的信息和查閱招標文件。

3. 投標人資格：

（1）投標人必須具備獨立法人資格，并在中國招標網（fslbxg.com）、深圳市國際招標有限公司網站（www.sztc.com）注冊成會員。國內投標人須提供營業執照復印件加蓋投標人公章。

（2）投標人須為深圳市政府采購中心注冊的供應商；（提供注冊卡掃描件或復印件加蓋投標人公章)。

（3）投標人必須是制造商或制造商有效授權的合法代理商。

（4）近三年內無行賄犯罪記錄。（由深圳市政府采購中心定期向市人民檢察院申請對政府采購供應商庫中注冊有效的供應商進行集中查詢，投標文件中無需提供證明材料）

4. 有意向的投標人可從2015年3月12日 9時00分起至2015年3月27日17時00分止(節假日除外)，每天上午9：00～11：30、下午2：30～5：00 (北京時間) 在深圳市羅湖區嘉賓路2018號深華商業大廈605房（請購買人攜帶法人代表授權書、授權人身份證復印件及相關符合投標資格的證明材料），購買招標文件，本招標文件每套售價人民幣500元或100美元，售后不退，郵寄需另附郵資人民幣60元或美元60元。

5. 所有投標書應于2015年4月1日10：00(北京時間)之前遞交到深圳市國際招標有限公司(深圳市羅湖區嘉賓路2018號深華商業大廈裙樓6樓)636開標室。

6. 定于2015年4月1日10：00 (北京時間)，在深圳市國際招標有限公司(深圳市羅湖區嘉賓路2018號深華商業大廈裙樓6樓)636開標室。屆時請參加投標的代表出席開標儀式。

1. Shenzhen International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereafter called “Tendering Agent”), entrusted by the Tenderee, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of the following goods and/or service regarding the Procurement of Shenzhen University High Resolution Small Animal Ultrasound Imaging System.:

2. Interested eligible bidders can obtain further information and the bidding documents from Shenzhen International Tendering Co., Ltd.

3. Qualifications and performance standards:

（1）The bidders must possess independent legal personality, and registered as members in China International Tendering Network (fslbxg.com), Shenzhen international procurement network (www.sztc.com). Domestic bidders should provide bidder’s official seal stamped copy of business license,

（2） The bidder must be supplier registered in Shenzhen Municipal Government Bid Center (need to provide the official seal stamped with the Shenzhen Municipal Government procurement vendor registration card copy).

（3）The bidder must be manufacturer or agent legally authorized by manufacturer, and provide a official stamped copy of authorization document via equipment manufacturer or agency document (except the bidders are the manufacturer), a manufacturer can only be authorized one bidder bidding.

（4） There is no bribery criminal record In the recent three years.

4. Bidding documents could be purchased in RM 605, 6/F, Shenhua Building, jiabin Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Beijing Time) from 5:00 pm, March 11th, 2015 to 9:30 am, March 27th,2015 (weekends and holidays excepted). A set of bidding documents is priced at nonrefundable RMB500 or USD 85.

5. All bids must be delivered to RM636 , 6/F, Shenhua Building, jiabin Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen before 10:00 am, April 1st , 2015 (Beijing Time).

6. All bids will be publicly opened in at10:00 am, April 1st, 2015. The representatives of the bidders are expected to attend the bid opening ceremony.
